Arthur Law represents developers in the development process for residential and commercial condominiums and subdivisions.  This work includes the preparation of public offering statements and homeowners association and condominium documents, including declarations, bylaws, polices and rules and regulations.

Arthur Law serves as general counsel providing advice on the general operation of associations, amendment of governing documents, collection actions, enforcement of restrictions, covenants and rules and regulations, negotiation of contracts, and representation in administrative proceedings and State Courts.
