Sara H. Arthur
Sara H. Arthur founded Arthur Law in January 2007 after 25 years with other firms in Annapolis. She has extensive experience with real property issues and has counseled developers, condominium and homeowners associations, lenders, building contractors, other business entities and individual property owners on a variety of issues ranging from development, enforcement of use restrictions, property rights, title issues, land use issues and contract negotiations, including the sale of property and leasing of property.
Katherine N. Meyer
Katherine N. Meyer serves as general counsel to condominium and homeowners association boards and their property managers, advising on a variety of issues including covenant enforcement, collection actions and statutory and regulatory compliance.
