| Sara also has represented parties in litigation involving the various real estate and contract disputes, including construction defects as well as collection cases. Finally, she has extensive experience in title review.
Sara is a native of Baltimore, graduating from Loyola College of Baltimore and University of Maryland School of Law. Upon graduation from law school she clerked for the Hon. Marvin H. Smith of the Maryland Court of Appeals. She then joined the Annapolis firm of Manis, Wilkinson, Snider and Goldsborough for twelve years and later practiced with the firm of Hyatt, Peters and Weber for just over twelve years.
Sara is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and served on its Board of Trustees from 1996-1998. She currently serves on the Real Property Section Council, and Budget & Finance Committee of the MSBA. She also is a fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation.
Sara is also an active member of the Anne Arundel Bar Association chairing various committees over the years culminating with her election as President for 1995-1996. Currently, she is counsel to the Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County where she had served as the first woman Commissioner in 2002-2004. |
