Community Development
Represent developers in the development process for residential and commercial condominiums and subdivisions, including the preparation of Public Offering Statements, subdivision and homeowners association documents, and condominium declarations and bylaws, through filing with the appropriate governmental entities and recording in the appropriate land records office.
Condominium and Homeowners Associations
Provide a wide range of services to condominiums, homeowners, and community associations. Services include general operation advice; preparation and amendment of condominium and association documents; collection actions; creditor representation in the United States Bankruptcy Court; enforcement of condominium and homeowners association documents including rules and regulations, by-laws and covenants; as well as negotiation and litigation of disputes involving condominium and association including disputes with developers and contractors, and use and ownership of common property.
Land Use & Development
Represent developers and landowners in land use and development issues within the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel County and other surrounding jurisdictions. Assist our clients in obtaining subdivision approvals, zonings changes, variances, and special exceptions and satisfying critical area requirements. In addition, the Firm provides advice to clients on green building codes and development.
Litigation
Representation of individual owners, entities and condominium and homeowners association in litigation involving construction defects and deficiencies, rights of way and easement dispute and declaratory actions to determine rights and interests in property.
Liquor Licenses
Representation of licensees in the application, transfer, and renewal of liquor licenses in local jurisdictions throughout the State of Maryland. |
